Flameproof Instrument Housing

The VisEx instrumentation housing is suitable for housing various POE (power over Ethernet) camera and vision systems where operation in a Zone 1 hazardous area is required.

Machined from 316 Stainless Steel, this compact instrumentation enclosure is an ideal platform to host a multitude of sensors and instrumentation devices. The internal mounting bracket can be customised to pick up on the installation requirement of your specific device.

The VisEx features a toughened glass aperture to help minimise the effects of enclosing the device within a flameproof enclosure allowing installed equipment to function as intended.

Rated IP66 and IP67 to EN 60529 the Ex d enclosure provides a high level of protection against the ingress of dust and water, not to mention superior corrosion resistance.
